Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University / relevant experience in sales
Desirable:
Passion, Ability & Desire to sell
Excellent communication skills
Strong understanding of the products & services your are selling
Strong commercial awareness
Confident and determined approach
Resilience and ability to cope with rejections
High degree of self motivation and drive
Ability to work independently and as a team
Capacity to flourish in a competitive environment
Responsibilities
Generating profitable sales of products which include hardware, software and services
Gathering information about current IT infrastructure and provide advice on future buying
Identifying new markets and business opportunities
Maintaining & developing relationships with clients by meeting, telephone or emails
Executive to executive mapping for Agrini and client
Visiting potential customers for new business
Negotiating terms of an agreement and closing sales
Updating the status in the internal CRM and documents
Reviewing your sales performance and aiming to meet or exceed targets
End-to-End management of clients post sales
Daily reporting Head Office to the Business Unit head
Total CTC
Your total compensation will comprise of the following key components
Fixed Salary
On Target Earnings or OTE
Add On target Multipliers or ATM
Travel Expenses
Working Hours Working hours is generally from 9 AM – 6 PM but may vary according to the client you are serving. |
