Support Engineer
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University / relevant experience in sales
Desirable:
Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
Passion, Ability & Desire to learn , unlearn and relearn technology
Strong troubleshooting skills
Strong operating system architecture awareness
Confident and determined approach
High degree of self motivation and drive
Ability to work independently and as a team
Capacity to flourish in a competitive environment
Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
Experience resolving hardware and software issues.
Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
Responsibilities
Provide client support and technical issue resolution for desktops and laptops
Manage IT asset inventory
Hardware and software configuration and deployment
Hardware and software troubleshooting
Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems

Working HoursWorking hours is generally from 9 AM – 6 PM but may vary according to the client you are serving.
